Iran: Voting deadline pushed for 3rd time

In the third extension of the voting time, the Iranian Interior Ministry has extended the deadline to 22:00 local time (17:30 GMT).
Concurrently, it was reported that the head of the election staff of Hassan Rohani, one of the prominent candidates, was attacked in the Fars district by an unknown assailant who sprayed his face with an unidentified substance. An investigation revealed the motive for the attack was personal, not political. (Shmuel Sassoni)
