Rafsanjani: Iranian elections most democratic in the world
Former Iranian President Ali Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani said that this year's presidential elections were the most democratic elections ever held in Iran, Iran's ISNA news agency reported.
He said Iranians showed that they were not affected by adverse internal and foreign propaganda and fulfilled their responsibility. He added that Iran's enemies should admit that Iran held the most democratic election in the world and there is no doubt about it. (Ynet)
