France says looking forward to working with new Iran president

French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius stated he is looking forward to working with elected Iranian president Hassan Rohani, especially on nuclear issues and the situation in Syria.
A statement released by the French Foreign Ministry read that "France welcomes the Iranian people's desire for democracy." (AFP)
