Opponents of newly elected Iranian president Hassan Rohani congratulated him on his victory in the presidential race. Tehran Mayor Mohammad Bagher Qalibaf, chief nuclear negotiator Saeed Jalili and Ali-Akbar Velayati issued a statement welcoming Rohani as the 11th president of the Islamic Republic, Iranian Press TV reported.
