Rohani: US shouldn't peg Iran as threat

Iran's President-Elect Hassan Rohani said in an interview for the Asharq al-Awsat newspaper two days before he was elected that the US must stop picturing Iran and its nuclear program as a threat to the West.
Rohani referred to the nuclear negotiations and assured that there will be talks and cooperation with all the region's countries. "A serious negotiation will provide an effective solution for this artificial crisis," he said. (Roi Kais)
