Piron questions Rabbi Ovadia Yosef's language on Stav

Education Minister Shair Piron said the language employed by Shas's spiritual leader, Rabbi Ovadia Yosef, speaking of Rabbi David Stav, who is running for the position of chief rabbi, was uncalled for and counterproductive. 

Yosef on Saturday called Stav "evil" and "dangerous to Judaism." Piron said "Why does Rabbi Ovadia curse thus? Does he find this bring people closer to Judaism?" (Attila Somfalvi)
