Syrian President Bashar Assad has sent a congratulatory letter to newly elected Iranian President Hassan Rohani.
In the letter, Assad wished Rohani success in his new role and promised to continue to work to strengthen the ties and cooperation between the two nations in a variety of fields. (Roi Kais)
