Abbas congratulates Iran's Rohani on election

The Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas has sent a congratulatory letter to the newly elected Iranian President Hassan Rohani.
Abbas wished Rohani success in his new role and said he was anticipating working together with the new president in a bid to strengthen ties between Iran and the Palestinian Authority. (Elior Levy)
