Report: 15 soldiers defect from Assad's presidential guard

Saudi newspaper Al Watan reported that 15 soldiers from the fourth division of the Syrian presidential guard, stationed in the suburbs of Damascus, defected from the army.
Meanwhile, diplomatic sources were quoted as saying that there is a great breach within the Syrian diplomatic crew, manifested in the desertion of the second secretary at the Syrian Foreign Ministry. (Roi Kais)
