Lapid: Sheshinski Committee 2 to examine natural resources royalties

Finance Minister Yair Lapid announced the establishment of a second Sheshinski Committee to examine the tax rates imposed on private bodies profiting from Israel's natural resources.

The committee will be headed by Professor Eytan Sheshinsk, who also headed the committee examining the tax rates on natural gas production from Mediterranean reservoirs in 2011. (Avital Lahav)
