The Haifa District Court rejected the civil suit filed by 70 navy commandos claiming that they got various diseases as a result of diving in the polluted Kishon River.
Judge Dr. Adi Zarenkin ruled there is no causal link between the pollution and the diseases. (Ahiya Raved)
