Key figures arrived at the Presidential Conference held at the International Convention Center in Jerusalem, among them Hollywood actors Robert De Niro and Sharon Stone.
The celebrities were interviewed in a framework of One on One talks, during which Stone expressed her admiration to President Shimon Peres and called him her "mentor."

Stone is an Actor, Producer, Director, Activist and Humanitarian. She has appeared in over 50 films, was nominated for an Oscar for “Casino” and is the recipient of the Golden Globe and Emmy awards.
Stone has been the Global Campaign Chair of The American Foundation for AIDS Research (amFAR) for 20 years and is the Cultural Chair of YALA, the online organization for peace in the Middle East.
She is a Visiting Professor at Harvard University and recipient of their Humanitarian Award. Stone is a member and supporting principle of The American Himalayan Foundation and has been honored with The World Charity Award, Knight and Commander of Letters from the French Government, a Humanitarian Award from the Human Rights Campaign and was Citizen of the Year of Los Angeles.
In the interview before Stone, award winning actor, director and producer Robert De Niro was interviewed, and said he finds Israelis smart, warm, energetic, pleasant and aggressive, remarking on the last quality that Israelis need it.
To the question whether he is considering a political career, De Niro answered that he believes himself unfit for the task, as he would constantly think of those hurt from his decisions.
De Niro won the Academy Award for Best Actor for his portrayal of Jake LaMotta in the film Raging Bull and the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his work in The Godfather Part II. He has received numerous Academy Award nominations, Gold Globe award nominations, and a BAFTA nomination for his many films. Additionally, De Niro has received accolades for his career, including the AFI Life Achievement Award (2003) and the Golden Globe Cecil B. DeMille Award (2010).
He is the Co-Founder of the film studio TriBeCa Productions and the popular Tribeca Film Festival as well as being Co-Owner of the restaurants Nobu, TriBeCa Grill and Locanda Verde
