Police source on Barnoar witness escape: Major failure

A senior police source called the fleeing of the State’s witness in the Barnoar murders from a Tel Aviv safe house, “a failure that cannot be put into words.”
Another source close to the investigation said that an attempt to escape by the man was to be expected. “Someone should have realized that he would do something like this. He should have spoken to a psychologist, to see what his problems were. We need to remember he was under protection, not under arrest.” (Eli Senyor)
