Pride parade kicks off in Ashdod

Some 400 people belonging to and supporting of the LGBT community have gathered in Ashdod's Hadar neighborhood to mark the first ever gay pride parade hosted by the coastal city. The even will commence with peeches by community activists, after which a procession will head in the direction of the city hall, where the central event is scheduled to take place. (Ahiya Raved)
