Netanyahu on gas export: Against populism, we did right thing

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu referred at the outset of the cabinet meeting to the gas export issue and said: "We were not carried away by the waves of populism which sweep the country and the world, and we did the right thing for the State of Israel."
Netanyahu added: "The gas can answer two needs: The first is to move the local economy forward and the second is to fill the State's treasury with dozens of billions of shekels from the export and taxation." (Noam Dvir)
