49-year-old from bitten by viper snake, life not in danger

A 49-year-old woman from Kibbutz Lahav in the northern Negev was bitten on her leg and arm by a viper snake that had slithered into her bed. The woman was evacuated in a state of shock to Soroka University Medical Center in Beersheba.
According to the hospital the bite poses no threat to her life and her condition has improved. (Ilana Curiel)
