Report: France, Qatar agree to transfer military aid to Syrian rebel chief

French President Francois Hollande and the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani, agreed during their meeting Sunday to transfer military aid to Free Syrian Army commander Salim Idriss, Al-Hayat reported.
A source told the London-based Arabic newspaper that Hollande and al-Thani also agreed that the weapons must not fall into the hands of extremists. (Roi Kais)
