Daylight Savings Time Bill approved in first reading

The Knesset passed the Daylight Savings Time Bill in the first reading, with 48 Knesset members voting in favor and five voting against it. The bill was transferred to the Knesset's Internal Affairs Committee in order to prepare for the second and third readings.
The bill aims to extend the DST until the end of October. (Noam Dvir)
