The High Court of Justice postponed by one month the eviction of a family from Givat Shmuel. This followed Monday’s publication of their story on Ynet. The eviction was temporarily halted to allow for the examination of the rights of the mother of Itzik Menashe, who had dealings with the Amidar company. (Shahar Chai)
