Yachimovich on OECD report: New budget bad for schools

Opposition Leader Shelly Yachimovich (Labor) commented on the OECD report found that Israel to have some of the most crowded classrooms among western countries.
"The new budget of Finance Minister Lapid makes things worse and includes among other things another postponement of the long school day and cancelation of additional hours of instruction for second graders. Lapid’s promises regarding a 'Decade of Education' do not even cover the first one hundred days of the government," said Yachimovich. (Shahar Chai)
