Police say a man has been shot to death in the parking lot of one of Puerto Rico's main courthouses.
Police said attackers shot the man around noon on Wednesday in the parking lot of the Carolina municipal courthouse, which lies just southeast of the capital of San Juan. The man has not yet been identified and no suspects have been arrested. (AP)
