Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke at the graduation ceremony for IDF pilots and said, "We want peace and hold out our hand, but we closely follow what is happening within our borders." He added, "We have defensive and offensive capabilities, and we are prepared to use them, during the hour of reckoning.
