Police: Victim of Petah Tikva shooting convicted of manslaughter
Eli Orkabi, 35, one of the two men who were killed Thursday in Petah Tikva, was convicted in 2000 for killing Alon Michaeli, 29, following an argument over a chair at the beach.
The second victim is Eran Partouch, 42, from Petah Tikva. A third man sustained injuries in the incident. No suspects were thus far arrested. (Gilad Morag)
