Peres to Kerry: Israelis want peace

Israel's President Shimon Peres met with US Secretary of State after the latter met with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Peres told Kerry that Israel appreciates his effort to renew peace negotiations.

Peres further told Kerry that the entire state is behind him and that the desire for peace in the form of a two-state solution has a solid majority in Israel. (Attila Somfalvi)
