Indictment: Tax interrogator uses information to steal

An indictment has been filed against a 44-year-old Israel Tax Authority investigator for allegedly using information he discovered during interrogations to steal proprety and money from alleged tax offenders.

 

In one case, he is suspected of breaking into the home and in another he is suspected of forging cheques worth around NIS 2 million in the name of a company he investigated. (Naama Cohen-Friedman)
