Hebron settlers granted to reside in disputed house

Israel's Military Appeal Committee ruled that the settlers in Hebron are permitted to live in a residential building in the vicinity of the Tomb of the Patriarchs, which was evacuated and sealed off by Israeli police in 2012.
In addition, the committee ruled that the State must bear all legal expenses. A formal validation by the Defense Ministry is now required. (Itamar Fleishman)
