Rabbi Ovadia Yosef operation successful

The surgery of Rabbi Ovadia Yosef at Hadassah Ein Kerem Medical Center in Jerusalem went successfully. Hospital director Dr. Yuval Weiss, said the Rabbi was stable and conscious. He said that tomorrow the rabbi would be moved to one of the department wards.
The rabbi tripped at home about a month ago and injured his spinal cord. Currently, he is in the hospital’s Intensive Care Unit. (Noam Dvir and Kobi Nachshoni)
