Yaakov Felician was released from custody Monday and placed under house arrest. The suspect, brother of Hagai Felician who is arrested under suspicion of involvement in the Barnoar shooting case, was arrested last week for allegations of rape, after a criminal defense lawyer said that Yaakov Felician had raped her.
