AG: Haredi recruitment age should be lowered to 18

Attorney General Yehuda Weinstein is presenting his legal opinion regarding the bill for equal share of the burden to the Peri Committee at this time. He noted that in order for the law to be equal for everyone, the haredi recruitment deferral should be confined to the time period determined by the committee.
Weinstein added that the recruitment age for haredim should be lowered from 21 to 18, in order to create equality in the society. (Moran Azulay)
