Egypt report: At least 1 dead in clashes

At least 20 people were injured in clashes between supporters of Egypt's President Mohamed Morsi and opposing demonstrators in western Alexandria. The violence included stone throwing and live fire.

Dozens of wounded were also reported in the al-Haram neighborhood in Giza, and according to some reports, one or two were killed. (Roi Kais)
