PM on seaport dock reform: First open skies, now open seas

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke during the presentation of the seaport dock reform in the Prime Minister's Office and said: "This is a holiday for Israel. We began with 'open skies' (the deal signed with the European Union regarding commercial air flights) and now are moving towards 'open seas'."
Netanyahu further said that the tenders for building new seaport docks, the cornerstone of the reform, have received a lot of interest from potential contractors. (Noam Dvir)
