Report: Egyptian army takes control of state TV

Arab-language Sky News has reported that the Egyptian army has taken control of the official state television and is now in charge of its broadcast.
Meanwhile, the Interior Ministry has warned that the police would respond if violence were used during protests. (Roi Kais, AFP)
