PM's bureau chief quits; Channel 2 says because of police probe

Gil Sheffer, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's bureau chief, will be relieved of his duties after the summer, at his request.
Channel 2 reported that Sheffer has resigned due to an investigation that was launched against him following suspicions he had sexually harassed a women 15 years ago. Sheffer denied the allegations, saying three polygraph tests proved he was telling the truth. (Attila Somfalvi)
