MK Ben Eliezer on Egypt: There was no choice, it was chaos
MK Binyamin Ben-Eliezer (Labor) commented on the Egypt revolution in a special Ynet broadcast and said: "In my opinion they had no choice, the country was thrown into chaos. They would have reached civil war.
"This is unexpected. The standard of expectations was set very high by this group. They expected reforms in education, welfare and unemployment. The situation is horrible, and nothing happened," Ben Eliezer said. He also criticized deposed President Mohamed Morsi and stressed that "the man took a whole year just to put his men in high places, while the masses waited for salvation and help." (Ynet)
