Egypt's state TV reported that the interim President Adli Mansour decided to appoint Mohamed Ahmad Farid as minister of intelligence.
Rafet Shahata, who was appointed to the position a year ago by Mohamed Morsi, has been instated as Mansour's security advisor. (Roi Kais)
