Lapid: Equal recruitment to make historic change

At the opening of the weekly cabinet meeting, Finance Minister Yair Lapid addressed the Peri outline for equal share of the burden, which will be brought before the cabinet Sunday: "There will be real equality after the cabinet meeting. It's a historic day."
Lapid added that "it is a matter that toppled Israeli governments, ended politicians' careers. Today, after three and a half months that this government is in office, we are making a historic change." (Omri Efraim)
