Transport minister threatens 'war' if seaport reform met with strike

Transport Minister Israel Katz referred at the outset of the cabinet meeting on Sunday to the seaport reform and made clear that "if the Histadrut chairman want to call a general strike and prevent the government from implementing its decisions, it will be a declaration of war and it will be met with the same.
"If he wants to negotiate, we'll talk not only about the seaports but about other things, as well." (Omri Efraim)
