Beitar Jerusalem FC fan remanded for alleged assault of Arabs

The Jerusalem Magistrate's Court remanded by an additional four days Avi Ovadia, 24, Beitar Jerusalem FC fan, who is suspected of participating in the assault of two Arab McDonalds employees last week.

He is suspected of shouting racial slurs, assault and unruly behavior in a public space. Another fan was released to house arrest for a week and is banned from attending the FC's matches for two seasons. (Noam Dvir)
