None
The prosecution reached a plea bargain with former judge Dan Cohen, accused of accepting bribes in the millions of shekels while serving as director of the Israel Electric Corporation. Four months ago he returned to Israel after having spent eight years in Peru.
The prosecution said that the Cohen will serve a six year term of imprisonment, from which will be deducted his period of detention abroad and in the country. Cohen agreed to admit bribery, fraud and breach of trust, in an amended indictment to be submitted against him. (Naama Cohen-Friedman)
