A Sudanese national living in Tel Aviv was arrested Tuesday evening on suspicion of performing an indecent act on a 7-year-old girl. The suspect, 27, was arrested in wake of a complaint lodged by the girl's mother, who said the man revealed himself to the girl and touched her. (Shahar Chai)
