Beitar fan suspected of racial attack of McDonalds worker

The Jerusalem District Prosecution has filed an indictment against Avi Ovadia, 24, a Beitar Jerusalem FC fan who is suspected of participating in the assault of two Arab McDonald's employees last week with the intent of injuring them. The attacks, the indictment claims, were racially motivated.

He is suspected of shouting racial slurs, assault and unruly behavior in a public space and of causing damage to car in a separate incident dating back to 2011. (Noam Dvir)
