Israeli team wins 4 medals at computer science Olympics

Israel's national team won a goldmedal, two silvers and a bronze at the International Olympiad in Informatics competition held in Australia. For the first time, Israel was ranked eighth among 80 countries. China won first place.
Education Minister Shai Piron congratulated the winners and said, "This is and impressive and exciting accomplishment, this is great proof in the ability of the children of Israel." (Shahar Chai)
