Court: Amona buildings not on purchased land must evacuate

The Supreme Court ruled that the state must evacuate all buildings in the Amona outpost which are located on land that has not been purchased. This follows a petition by the organization Yesh Din. In addition, the court rejected the evacuation of several buildings, having received the state's position that the land on which the buildings were built had been purchased by residents.
