Minister Livni: Judges will have to study sexual harassment issue

Following Ynet's report on the inappropriate comment made by Judge Natan Nachmani during a 2008 hearing discussing a complaint filed by a father against a relative who he said "licks" his daughter's breasts, Justice Minister Tzipi Livni said she would examine the case.
Livni also announced that judges handling cases that involve sexual assault will be obligated to undergo special professional training on the issue. "A victim who arrives in court should feel she is in a safe place," said the minister. (Moran Azulay)
