Finance Minister Yair Lapid has responded to the Histadrut Labor Federation's decision to call a labor dispute in the seaports, saying: "The path of negotiations is open, threats of a strike and aggressive tactics by the labor unions will not stop us from implementing the plans we know the Israeli public and economy needs."
"The decision to open new seaports is a necessary step in regards to the growth of the Israeli market," Lapid added. (Avital Lahav)
