Life sentence for 24-year-old convicted of stabbing youth to death

The Tel Aviv District court has sentenced Shalom Peretz, 24, to a life sentence after he was convicted of murdering Abraham Nuriel in Tel Aviv.

 

Peretz will also compensate the family for NIS 40,000 (roughly $11,100). Peretz was convicted of stabbing him Nuriel two years ago and obstruction of justice. Peretz was survived by four brothers. (Naama Cohen-Friedman)
