Police: Father forgot to drop infant at pre-school, left her in car

Chief Inspector Avi Hazan told Ynet that the father of the infant that was forgotten in a car and died as a result was supposed to drop his daughter off at pre-school, but forgot to do so, continuing to a meeting instead.
According Hazan, when the mother arrived at the pre-school to pick her up she found that the girl never arrived, prompting her to call the father who then discovered her in the car. She was transferred to a hospital in critical condition where doctors pronounce her dead. (Itamar Fleishman)
