Umm al-Fahm: Hundreds protest against Prawer Bill, block main road

Hundreds of Wadi Ara residents have taken to the streets to protest the Prawer Bill indented to reorganize the Bedouin villages in the Negev. The protesters blocked the main entrance to the city, waved Palestinian flags and chanted anti-bill slogans.
Additional protests were held throughout Israel's Arab community including in the Migav Junction and in the communities of Majd al-Krum, Qalansawe, Tira, Tayibe, Baqa al-Gharbiyye and Jatt. (Hassan Shaalan)
