Retrial of attempted murder – thanks to security camera

The Supreme Court ruled that a retrial will beheld for Yossi Davidov, who was convicted of attempted murder and other offenses and sentenced to 16 years in prison. Davidov was convicted in January 2006 of going with a friend to a Bat Yam kiosk, where he stabbed and shoot a man.
The court ordered a retrial after Davidov's defense team proved that the video from the security camera which was used in gaining the conviction, did not present the entire segment. (Aviel Magnezi)
