A 10-year-old boy sustained light to moderate injuries after being shot in his upper limbs. The incident took place in the Arab town of Kafr Qasim.
He was evacuated to the Rabin Medical Center in Petah Tikva by MDA paramedics. The police have begun their investigation. (Raanan Ben-Zur)
